The ManpowerGroup 2021 third quarter Employment Overview Survey interviewed a representative sample of 1,011 employers from Turkey.

All employers participating in the survey were asked the following question: “How do you anticipate total employment at your workplace will change in the three months to the end of December 2021 compared to the current quarter?”
Turkish employers say they have serious plans for hiring in the fourth quarter of 2021. 29% of employers expect an increase in employment, while 14% anticipate a decrease.
And 52% predict there will be no change. As a result, the net employment outlook shows +15%.
Comparisons by Business Scale
Employers participating in the survey were divided into four categories based on business scale: Micro-enterprises with fewer than 10 employees; Small businesses with 10−49 employees; Medium enterprises with 50−249 employees and Large enterprises with over 250 employees.
Employers expect employment to increase in all four of the business scale categories next quarter. Large employers expect a lively hiring rate with an employment outlook of +31% in seasonally adjusted terms, while Medium and Small employers report optimistic outlooks of +18%. Micro employers, on the other hand, report a +4% outlook and expect slow employment growth.
