ManpowerGroup surveyed nearly 39,000 employers across 41 countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, The Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Türkiye, UK and the US.
According to the 2023 results of the Talent Shortage Report ManpowerGroup, have been preparing globally for 17 years, “4 out of 5 companies have a talent shortage” or “have difficulty in recruiting.” According to the results of the research conducted with the participation of approximately 39 thousand employers from 41 countries, the global talent gap reached an average of 77 percent, while this rate was measured as 72 percent in Türkiye If we compare this result with last year, Türkiye showed an improvement of 5 places and ranked 34th among 41 countries, while the sector that needs the most talent in our country was Transportation, Logistics and Automotive.
