Strong hiring prospects continue in the second quarter of 2022, according to the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey, which included more than 41,000 employers in 40 countries and territories.
According to the ManpowerGroup Employment Overview Survey, Turkish employers expect positive employment for the second quarter of 2022 with a Net Employment Outlook of +19 percent. According to the data of the research conducted by consulting the opinions of 1,030 employers from seven regions of Turkey, 43 percent of Turkish employers expect an increase in employment in the first quarter of 2022, while 24 percent expect a decrease.

Employment Expectations of Employers for the Period of April – June 2022
Expectations are higher in 6 out of 40 countries covered by the ManpowerGroup Employment Overview Survey, which took place in its 60th year with the participation of 41,000 employers, compared to the previous quarter. It reports a Net Employment Outlook of +19% in the second quarter of 2022 in Turkey as well as employers around the world and expects a strong employment market to emerge.
