The ManpowerGroup 2021 fourth quarter Employment Overview Survey interviewed a representative sample of 1,011 employers from Turkey. carried out. Turkish employers say they have serious plans for hiring in the fourth quarter of 2021. 29% of employers expect an increase in employment, while 14% anticipate a decrease. And 52% predict there will be no change. As a result, the net employment outlook shows +15%.
Comparisons by Business Scale
Employers participating in the survey were divided into four categories based on business scale: Micro-enterprises with fewer than 10 employees; Small businesses with 10−49 employees; Medium enterprises with 50−249 employees and Large enterprises with over 250 employees. Employers expect employment to increase in all four of the business scale categories next quarter.
Large employers expect a lively hiring rate with an employment outlook of +31% in seasonally adjusted terms, while Medium and Small employers report optimistic outlooks of +18%. Micro employers, on the other hand, report a +4% outlook and expect slow employment growth.
